Tous/Ha Ba An update on the status of Sky People Program. The SPHE was officially relocated to Blue Sky Hall on Sept 28. Unfortunately, there is no internet or telephone service available. SPHE staff has been working from home and the Blue Sky building setting up offices. Hopefully this week the work to have internet and telephone service will be completed. Then once the contractor releases the building to the tribal committee, We will be allowed to work in the building.
